A prospect leaves or makes an inquiry on your landing page. You want to celebrate but I would urge you no to. At least not yet.

The reason why you shouldn’t celebrate just yet is because you’re on their shortlist. An inquiry is nothing more than a signal that conveys an intention to book a wedding photographer.

They are ready to book a wedding photographer. They are not ready to book you as their wedding photographer. Not yet.

Before that can happen a connection needs to be established. An emotional tie needs to be formed.

Don’t be in a rush to get a prospect to book you. Get to know them. What are they struggling with? Listen to them. That’s how relationships are formed.
